lots of work on your side and it takes/took a lot of Thinking on both sides (this horrible T-word
. For me you’ve proven that video surrealism is even richer then paintings and I find it really cool!

@WretchedSpawnUG I edit them on computer and if you know your 3D animation programmes or even flash then im sure you could make a good film on computer.

@ilovefakietreflips Yes it definately would be different if I made it today as I’m constantly in search of a unique look. This was very Lynchian for me, and was made on the back of inspirations such as he, Tsukamoto, Svankmajer and Bunuel for college. I’m happy it’s still getting feedback it seems to be the only film of mine that is!
Thanks for watching buddy

@WretchedSpawnUG Hi there, thanks for watching. I filmed it on a Digi8 camcorder, with the big hi8 cassettes before I moved onto miniDV. Seems so long ago now since I don’t even use miniDV anymore!

This is pretty great i think your strengths were in lighting an texture. I also thought that the sound was a crucial part of this film which was done very well. I’m not familiar with your style but i think that it could’ve been better if you included different symbolic things interwoven with the plot to make it more abstract. But indeed a very interesting film work.

I’ve always wanted to try making surreal shorts and this is a very good one

Are there by chance any ways to make them on a computer? -

@HungerCultFilms Thanks a lot for watching! funnily enough it was only filmed on a digi8 camcorder but the B&W added richness and quality. post wasn’t too much of a big deal after that. – TOM

I think there is some excellent stop motion photography in this film. Very surreal, Nice one, even though it was a college project.
